What is INVERTOFIX?

It is a product from the field of food for bees that produces the rapid inversion of the syrup that the beekeeper prepares, from sugar.

Using the INVERTOFIX product to invert the sugar syrup

Presentation: 250 ml bottle containing the mixture of substances in a dry state. Preparation for application is done by adding water up to the mark on the bottle (white point).

Application: after preparing the sugar syrup, add a bottle of INVERTOFIX to the syrup produced from 50 kg of sugar (regardless of the concentration). If it is used for smaller amounts of syrup, it is dosed with the measuring unit; 5 ml of INVERTOFIX are used for each kg of sugar used in the production of the syrup.

Use: differentiated according to the purpose of feeding:

• Stimulant (spring): we recommend a "weak" syrup, 1:1 concentration, at room temperature (approx. 20 C) to which INVERTOFIX is added, mix and wait 8-12 hours before feeding.
• To complete winter (autumn) reserves: the recommended concentration is 3:2, the syrup must be warm (maximum 45 C), in which INVERTOFIX is added, mixed and waited 16-24 hours before feeding.
